Ingredients
1 18oz can of black beans- drianed and rinsed
2 servings of Arbonne feel fit chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp stevia
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
a few tbs unsweetened dairy free milk of choice- I use coconut milk
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Let’s Get Started
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ingredients in food processor (save 1/4 cup of your chocolate chips for topping) Blend a little at a time adding small amounts of coconut milk as you go until you get a thicker than cake batter like consistency
line a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter in- smoothing it out to make one even layer
add remaining chocolate chips all over the top
Bake in preheated oven for 18 mins
let cool completely before cutting
Enjoy!
